ABOUT Laura
Hi and welcome to my website! I am a scenic charge and lighting designer. With a focus on scenic painting. I am currently a junior at the University of Kentucky, working towards a major in Theatre with a focus on the technical side of things. Specifically with scenic painting. Over the past three years I have been the Scenic Charge on almost every show.
Work Experience
I have been working with IATSE for two years now. And have had the pleasure of working as a scenic charge for them on Showboat, put on by the University of Kentucky's opera program.
This spring semester I am working as the Scenic Charge for the entire semester. I have been focused on training people to replace me when I graduate and making sure they have all the tools they need to succeed.
